Up for sale is a HIGH GRADE (Spine tics, creases) 1st COVER is UPPER MID to HIGH GRADE, 2nd COVER is HIGH GRADE, if ever sent to CGC, they use the higher grade of both covers copy of BATMAN #223 , RARE DOUBLE COVER (1st cover is unglued as it is a squarebound). Grade ranges are as follows. HIGH GRADE: 8.0 and up.

MID GRADE: 5.0 to 7.5. LOW GRADE: 4.5 and below.
