This is one of the favorite comics from my collection. The cover alone is great, from the title itself on down: Gunslinging Galoots! I hate to give this one up! And when I say this is super-rare, I mean it. None of the 10 issues of Western Crime Busters are common, but this one takes the cake.

When was the last time you saw one for sale? The CGC Census has NO copies listed. And it has 2 stories by the great Wally Wood with an amazing 15 pages of art!

And it has that Good Girl Art feel to it as well. This is a High Grade comic, especially for 1952. I wish I could call it Near Mint, but it doesn't reach that. But it shows really well! The cover is still glossy.

Some of the photos may show some a light reflection or a shadow, but they are not on the comic itself. Check all the scans and photos for the actual condition and make your own judgement. I started collecting comics in the early 1960s. And thought I got a good deal! But a year or so later, the amazing era of early 70s comics drew me back in, especially Kirby's Fourth World, Bernie Wrightson, Michael Kaluta, Neal Adams, Barry Smith, and so many more.

And I've been reading comics ever since. But now it's time to pass them on. Figurines, undergrounds, original art, souvenirs from the San Diego Comic Con from the early 70s on. And especially esoteric, eclectic, GGA, and just plain weird comics from the 40s and 50s. These are generally super rare and I've been searching them out for over 40 years. I'm sure there are more categories I've forgotten (like Archies).
